Policies vary from store to store. A fast, free-return store and a final-sale store can both live on Mishkat, so always read the delivery and returns details on each merchant's product before ordering.
Shipping is set by each merchant
Every store on Mishkat is independent, so delivery times, areas and costs are set and fulfilled by the merchant, not by Mishkat. The product page shows that seller's estimated delivery and whether delivery is free.
Returns follow the store's policy
Whether returns are accepted, for how long, and who covers return delivery is decided by the merchant. Look for the refund and free-return window listed on the product before ordering.
Orders are cash on delivery
You pay when your order arrives. Inspect your item on delivery, and if something is not right, contact the merchant first so they can make it right quickly.
