Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to acceptance by the seller.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfilment and compliance with all applicable laws. You may only list items you have the right to sell, and you must ship orders promptly and describe them accurately.

You may not use Mishkat to sell illegal, counterfeit or unsafe goods, to infringe intellectual property, to harass others or to interfere with the operation of the platform. You may not list items that are forbidden (haram) in Islam, including idols, statues and objects of shirk or pagan worship, or musical instruments and music. Listing photos may not show the face of an adult woman, nor her body in any way that invites lust: no revealing, tight-fitting or suggestive shots. Show the product on its own, and blur or crop the face and any uncovered parts of the body.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you, and continued use of Mishkat after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
